It’s well known, when you go to the garage, it’s because something’s wrong with your car, rarely just for a routine check. And unfortunately “something’s wrong” can mean tension. How can you welcome your clients in a more relaxed atmosphere ?
A campaign that creates smiles.
A series of funny posters was designed with the message “there are no miracle solutions to impoliteness or bad moods, but making a joking or smiling can be a good start”. The campaign was in two phases. The first was thought of in the form of riddles, the second literally makes fun of annoyed faces.
